Also if you want to make your Fried Rice more nutritious and protein-rich add, mushrooms or cottage cheese if you are a vegetarian. For my non-vegetarian friends, I will recommend adding chicken, steak, shrimp, and any red meat you like, this will enrich your fried rice. ( Also keep in mind adding other ingredients will change your calories intake, so before adding any extra ingredients properly measure its calories )
